Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we do allow modifications within 24 hours prior to shipping, provided the replacement product is of equal or higher value.

You may also cancel unshipped orders directly from the "My Orders" section on our website, within the allowed time frame.
We strive to process all orders within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For pre-ordered items, processing begins within 2–3 business days of the item arriving in stock.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team to confirm your order status.
We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been accepted or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damage Claims:
Any transit damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution. -
Tax & Invoicing:
Unless explicitly stated, invoice taxes are not payable under reverse charge. If your order qualifies as a reverse charge supply, please notify us at the time of purchase to ensure correct invoicing.
